Our ability to communicate with Shopify was interrupted for about 12 hours beginning at about 3am Central Time. As of 6pm Central Time on Feb. 18, 2023, we have synced everyone's connections to retroactively update orders and inventory from the previous 24 hours. If you are experiencing any issues relating to Shopify after this time please contact our support team. 888-860-8094 ext. 2
