Monitoring

We have a fix out and EDNA should be back up and running. If EDNA is still not operating please restart your computer.

If the restart does not work please try the below:

Windows
Open task manager, choose more details, navigate to services, find Traxia EDNA, right click, and select restart.

Mac
Locate the Traxia symbol in the menu bar, be sure to have 'restart automatically' checked, then select restart.

Investigating

We are aware of an issue with EDNA and are investigating.

Email receipts, desktop receipts, and avery label labels should still be available to print while we investigate EDNA.
