We believe the performance issues are now behind us and SimpleConsign is stabilizing. Delayed data, including transactions and inventory, should begin appearing as systems catch back up. Please allow some time for everything to fully sync.
If you use the Shopify integration, please note that inventory data may continue catching up over the course of today. No action is needed on your end, your data is intact and will sync automatically.
If you are still seeing missing data after today or anything looks off, please reach out to our support team and we will take a look right away.

Investigating
We are aware that the intermittent performance issue we resolved yesterday has resurfaced. As before, this may cause a delay in transactions and newly added inventory appearing in SimpleConsign. Additionally, Shopify inventory data may be backed up and slower to sync during this time. Your data is safe and saved. It will appear once performance is back to normal.
We are actively investigating the root cause and working toward a permanent fix. We will post another update here as soon as the issue is resolved.
